I have been feeding wild squirrels out side of my apartment for over a year. One has gotten to the point where she trusts me enough for me to hand feed her, however I do not try and touch her..... It's becoming colder and she disappeared for a week, and I saw her come to my patio door today. While feeding her I noticed her eye one one side has a whiteish color over it, and the area around hit seems to be a bit red.... I have searched the internet for what it could be, and I can't find anything...Does anyone have any idea what could have happened in one week that made her eye look that way..... She is eating, and seems fine...She didn't seem to have trouble seeing, but it's so upsetting to me.... I feel like I ant to try and help her, but I don't know what to do, or where to start..... Any recommendations would be so appreciate.... She is a gray tree squirrel....Thank you so much.... Pamela - Atlanta, Ga
